I need to be able to connect both computers to one projector, and only show one computer at a time on the projector, and then be able to quickly switch the display between the two computers when needed. Is this possible?

Decided to replace my four-year-old Microsoft corded optical mouse with a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 2.0 wireless mouse. When I installed the new software, I found that my MS Digital Media Pro keyboard was no longer accessing its installed software. The keyboard software with its settings was still listed in Programs and in the Control Panel. I uninstalled/reinstalled that software and the new mouse software but same problem. I did a system restore and started from scratch…same problem. The new mouse software had required me to completely uninstall the old mouse software, so After doing an even earlier system restore, I reinstalled the old mouse software, and presto, I could use all the functions of the keyboard and new mouse except horizontal scrolling, which I can live with. Any ideas? Thanks.

This may be a hard one to awnser, I just built my first computer, every thing works perfectly, I have run tests and can not seem to find the problem. When I load a CD in the CD or DVD drive and begin to install new programs it causes the curcuit breaker to pop. I installed the PC at my freinds auto shop, it is plugged into a power strip that does not have an in line breaker, there are only a 2 other things plugged into this line. I have tried unplugging everything else and plugging into a dedicated socket, I have plugged it into other plugs around his shop. CPU is a P4 board with 2 PS2 ports, 1 ethernet port 2 usb ports, and the usual mic and spkr sockets. ATX 450 watt P4 power supply, 3.5 floppy, CD rom, DVD rom, large Intell processer fan, two neon lighted case fans, ATI Rage 3d accelorator, sound card. Case has 2 front USB ports, 2 large blue neon lights, and the normal switches. Everything works and tests normal. About half way thru installing software it pops the shops breaker?

I am doing a business plan and it requires a LOT of research. I am doing it on computer disposal, repair and refurbishing. I will be reselling older comptuers to low income families. Basically, I just need to know what you (out there) need for your computers!

Do you find that most of your computer repairs are for RAM-and zap-computer works! Or is it a power source problem (Windows XP needs about a 500W power source) or it is a old CPU-you find that you are running many applications at one time-and your computer is just running too slow for an older CPU.

I am very serious in this question. I have been doing my financial over and over and over again and I am doing this busienss plan all by myself. If you don’t own your own business-or don’t know anyone that does-I would suggest-keep on working for others! This business plan is crazy-luckly my plan is for my class…and I have to act like I am going to a bank-so it has to be top notch!
thanks.

Jessica R, did you post that link for AOL biker guys? That’s not what I am looking for. I don’t need a date. I need help with my business plan! thank you for the other answers…btw…I guess hard drives/power source would be the most problematic! I myself-have a bad hard drive and a low watt power source on my ‘02 Gateway. Guess it is more common that I thought!
